The Brand

Where is Himalayan Hustle based?

We're built in Kathmandu, Nepal — at the foot of the world's highest mountains. The brand was founded here and our design work, vision, and identity all come from this place. We believe the discipline it takes to operate from altitude is the same discipline we put into everything we make.

Is Himalayan Hustle a real brand or just a dropshipping store?

Himalayan Hustle is a legitimate, independently owned brand registered in Nepal. Every product is designed by us, every piece of copy is written by us, and every decision about what goes on our website is made by us. We use print-on-demand fulfilment to ship internationally, which allows us to deliver to customers in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand without a warehouse in each country.

Are your products ethically produced?

Yes. We fulfil through Printify, which works with production partners that hold WRAP, OEKO-TEX, and BSCI certifications. The base garments we print on are produced to international labour standards. We care about this and we are transparent about it — our clothes are not made in sweatshops.

Ordering & Payment

What currencies do you accept?

Our store displays prices in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay at checkout.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and we do not store your payment details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly — usually within 24 hours. If you need to make a change, email us at himalayanhustle26@gmail.com immediately and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts. Once an order is in production, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, but we fulfil to most countries globally.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are produced on demand and then shipped. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after production
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days after production
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production

We use the fastest available route to your country. During peak periods (November–January) allow a few extra days.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Orders are fulfilled from production facilities in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia depending on your location. In most cases, your order is produced in your region, which means no customs charges. If your order is shipped internationally, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Most small apparel orders fall below the customs threshold for the US, UK, and Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link and tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at himalayanhustle26@gmail.com.

Returns & Sizing

What is your returns policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes or change of mind. We do, however, fully replace or refund any order where the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect. If this happens, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out — no questions asked.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a print error?

Email us at himalayanhustle26@gmail.com. with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

I'm unsure about sizing — what should I do?

Check our Size Guide for full measurements in both cm and inches. If you're still unsure, email us before ordering and we'll give you a specific recommendation based on your measurements. A few minutes now saves a potential hassle later.
