Refund policy
1. Overview
At Himalayan Hustle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue
3. Return Timeframe
- You must request a return or report an issue within 8-10 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process and Timing
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-8 days.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Options
We offer replacements instead of refunds in eligible cases:
- If your item is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product (size/design corrections if applicable).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at himalayanhustle26@gmail.com within 2-3 days.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and issue
- Our team will review and resolve the issue quickly with a refund or replacement
7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Minor color or design variations (due to screen/display differences)
8. Return Shipping Costs
- For approved returns due to defects or errors, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For any non-defective return requests (if exceptionally approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
